Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed to the address provided at checkout, but we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
Returns and Return Shipping Labels
We accept approved returns in accordance with our Return Policy.
If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
For returns that are not due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide the return shipping label at no cost to you.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Because we work with third-party suppliers, the correct return address may vary depending on the item.
